• I registered, but I have not received a confirmation email.  What do I do?

There have been some issues with the auto-confirmation email ending up entangled in various spam filters and junk mail boxes.  Please check those first.  Failing that, please send an email to me and I'll work through the steps with you on a case-by-case basis. FYI: Earthlink.net and AOL are the biggest culprits.  Sorry for any frustration.
