"Cheat Sheet Notes" is the best term I can use to describe this (fairly) random collection of useful information. Everything here, I had at one time scrawled on a scrap piece of paper or in my notebook to remember for later. This site is as much for me to keep these organized as they are for you to use too.
These are listed in no order, and are by their very nature random items. Hope they may help you too.
DAYS PER WEEK
A week is five days by default, unless your project deems a six-day week officially.
One Day of a 5-day week is .2 Days for budgeting purposes.
One Day of a 6-day week is .167 Days for budgeting purposes.
Example: 1.4 Weeks is really one week + two days.
HELPFUL TRICK: Never actually use .167 in a budget to denote one day of a 6-day week. It's confusing as heck to accounting. Rather, make two lines of entry in your details. One line for "regular" days (the first 5) and one line for "sixth days". You can then calculate sixth days separately, and do other cool calculations with globals.

SAG STATION 12 CODES
Ever placed a call into SAG to clear an actor, and they respond with some coded goobly-gook that you are supposed to omniciently understand? Well, I asked someone at SAG one day to explain the codes. Here's what he said:
If the code comes back as .... it means s/he is...
OK30 = OK to work for the next 30 days.
STN12 = Station 12. This person is a membor of SAG, but owes dues. S/he has 48 hours to pay up.
MUSTPAY = Must Join within the next 48 hours. Typically, this is when someone got in for a previous project with the understanding that if s/he got another SAG job, they would need to join no matter what. You get stuck with the "no matter what" actor. Stay on this - and make sure thy join, or else you will be in violation of SAG.
NRNG = No Record, Non-Guild. Not a member, may need to Taft-Hartley.
OKCG = OK to work, but call SAG for more information
OKWB = OK to work, Worked Before. You'll see this mostly for "Right-to-Work" states.
Where do they get the term "Station 12"? Good question. Back in the day, there were 'stations' an actor would need to go through to become a member and then be cleared to work. Clearing for work was... yes... Station 12.
