There are not too many rules I can implement here, but I do ask you to follow these types of conduct:

- No rude dialog.  Everyone has opinions, but you don't need to beat a horse to death explaining why you feel you are right and someone else is "stupid".  If you try to post a bad word, it will be replaced with glitter.  Do this too much, and I'll ban you.

- No religious rhetoric here.

- No posting for crew without noting the type of project, where the work is (city, state, country) and what your type os pay is (union or non-union).  Sure, you may ask for people to work for free - simply let everyone know that.  If you you decide to pay people, you should try to pay them according to the minimum wage laws of whatever state you are working in.

- Be helpful.  See a posting where someone needs help you can give them - then please do.  Someday, someone else will return the favor.

- Have fun.
