File Cabinet

There are dozens and dozens of forms that a typical produciton uses throughout the course of a project.  I have gathered as many key forms as I could.  I could fluff-up the list and just put a bunch of files up here that you may never use, but there are enough 'Fax Cover Sheet' forms out there that you don't need me to have another one here.  Feel free to use these as is, or as a starting place for customizing to suit your project.

FILE FORMATS

There are a few different formats and not every file is listed in every format.  As often as possible, I offer "open" files, which means you may edit them to fit your needs.  Most files started in Apple Pages or Numbers, so you may need to tweak any Word or Excel versions as the converting may have made things look a bit... wonky.

Also, some files are simply links to their off-site location.  This ensures you always get the most recent version and ensures you know the origin.
