No. It would not serve you well to alter someone else's budget to suit your project, rather - I strongly feel it's better to understand the building blocks of great budgeting techniques. Knowing the pieces of the puzzle, you can create your own template which you may re-use for each project, tweaking with each projects' needs. No two projects are alike.
